I heartily concur. The characters were well-rendered, and overall it was a very well-done tale of someone making a career out of having sympathy for the devil (or at least a keen attraction to the devil's cash).

Watch subject. Bush and the Republicans were not protecting us on 9-11, and we aren't a lot safer now. We may be more afraid due to george bush, but are we safer? Being fearful does not necessarily make one safer. Fear can cause people to hide and cower. What do you think? Why has bush turned our country from a country of hope and prosperity to a country of belligerence and fear.
Are we safer today than we were before?
The more people that the government puts in jails, the safer we are told to think we are. The real terrorists are wherever they are, but they aren't living in a country with bars on the windows. We are.

Hmm. While the GB conversion (and the Master System / Game Gear versions, for that matter) are pretty dire, they're also comparably awful with the bulk of other one on one fighters of the era for the systems. They're really too ambitious a project for machines with, what, quarter? a fifth? of the horsepower of 16-bit conversions, let alone the arcade originals. If anyone was expecting a faithful version on the Gameboy they deserve what they got, and I'd also be interested in talking to them about purchasing my newly completed port of Half-Life 2 for the ZX Spectrum.

The 128K only, naturally. No dreamer I.

<img alt="Half Life 2 Spectrum" title="Half Life 2 Spectrum" src="http://www.scottmorris.info/img/06/0710_hl21.gif" /> <img alt="Half Life 2 Spectrum" title="Half Life 2 Spectrum" src="http://www.scottmorris.info/img/06/0710_hl22.gif" />
The point being you'd have some basis for reasonably expecting a decent outing on the GBA, and instead you get a turd in a box.

Have you ever played the original port of MK for the Gameboy Classic? Surely this can't be much worse than that?

So ironic. I'm really unsure as to why this isn't an illustration of irony in the Oxford English Dictionary.

Ed Byrne is right, though - it would indeed be ironic if her knife/spoon mismatch stopped her doing whatever she needed to do, then found out the next day that a spoon would have, in fact, done the job...
